Service Description

If you're not ready for one-on-one sessions, or if you simply want to begin gently, I also offer a free 8-week course called: “8 Ways of Losing / 8 Paths to Find Yourself” It’s an invitation to explore grief, presence, and reconnection through small weekly practices , no special tools needed. You’ll receive one reflection each week, and simple ways to integrate mindfulness, grounding, and emotional awareness into your daily life. It’s for anyone who has lost something or someone and wants to find a way to keep moving, slowly, without forgetting what matters. Saturdays · 6 PM London 7 PM Central Europe · 2 PM Argentina · 1 PM Venezuela, Miami & New York · 10 AM Los Angeles. Every saturday from 10 May to 28 June 2025 via Zoom.
